Whenever the number of pages in spool request is more than 10 then it displays only 10 pages. This default behavior can be changed. This can be achieved with below steps. Scenario: There are 12 pages in the spool request but we are able to see only the 10 pages as below. Select the spool number and click display. We get the message.

Steps: 1.Go to the transaction SP01, enter the spool number and execute it. 2.Below screen will appear. 3.Navigate to Goto->Display Requests->Settings. 4.Below screen will appear. 5.Change the 'To Page' in display area above, to the desired number.
